Our Request for Proposal (RFP) process is an add-on to the System Selection service that involves drafting a request for proposal to multiple vendors, collecting responses, and managing evaluations. RFP's are valuable for organizations with complex requirements, so it would depend on your business needs and preference if you want a competitive bid process to select and award a vendor.  

Most projects take 4-8 weeks, but depending on complexity and the type of the system selected it can take 6 months. We provide a clear timeline upfront with estimated implementation times during our system selection process so you know what to expect. 

Yes - We provide monthly retainers for ongoing optimization, troubleshooting, and supplier onboarding support. This ensures your system continues to deliver value as your business grows.
